W.Media proudly hosted the 2024 Asia Pacific Cloud & Datacenter Awards on Thursday, celebrating the excellence and achievements of the industry’s top leaders and companies.
The Gala Dinner and Awards event took place at the W Singapore – Sentosa Cove, nestled on the exclusive resort island of Sentosa, surrounded by lush greenery and a lively coastal setting.
Guests arrived early for the Cocktail Reception, quickly filling the lobby area. It was a gathering of industry professionals, thought leaders, and innovators who came together to celebrate their achievements, catch up, and forge new connections.
A celebration of innovation
Callum Dunn, the APAC IT Director of Moët Hennessy, opened the Gala by honouring the talent and dedication within the industry.
Mr. Dunn, who also served as one of this year’s Award judges, remarked: “I am constantly inspired by the creativity and determination that each of you brings to your work. Your contributions not only shape the future of the industry but also have a profound impact on the world around us.”
He noted that the W.Media Awards is not just about recognising individual accomplishments but also about fostering a sense of community and collaboration. By working together, the industry can push boundaries and create a bright future for all.
The atmosphere was electric as the Awards ceremony unfolded, with attendees applauding the achievements of their peers. Each award presented was a celebration of the hard work and visionary thinking that drive the industry forward.
