YTL Johor Data Center park is the first and largest renewable energy integrated data center park in Malaysia.

With 275 acres of land earmarked for data centers, the park provides boundless scalability to discerning data center players. The site is zoned for industry, and has access to national grid power and water resources, both critical for the data center operations.

The park will have dark fibre connectivity to Singapore positioning it as a major alternative data center hub for the South-East Asia region. The dark fibre connectivity will provide low latency network connections to data centers in Nusajaya, KIDEX and Singapore.

The park is adjacent to approximately 1,500 acres of land that will be used to plant up solar farms. The first data center within the park (‘JDC1’) is already operational and it will be powered by renewable energy.
